Evaluation is...

GOOD CONVERSATION period

When you asked someone as if they are being evaluated, they'd probably trying to put a fake face before you. Somewhat trying to make you happy....
So, conduct a relax conversation instead and let them tell you all things you need to know. And at the same time, get a bonus of things you don't really want to know. He he

That's what our evaluator did these past two days. We chat and tell stories, because he came as a friend. He's still doing his evaluation for he keeps asking questions. All wrapped in a smooth conversation.

Anyway, he's still have that facilitator attitude despite his evaluator role. :)
He's still Om Dani that is wiling to listen. Actively listen and giving us some advice too. *BLINK*

Hub..

Today's Monday.
Holiday...but an extraordinary holiday for us here. Today the word hub is best describe our secretariat. Some of the people are still coming to the office despite the holiday. Because we have an evaluator come to asses our programs.

Ok, back to the word hub. Today our secretariat is a meeting place for quite a lot of people from different place. The evaluator, Dani Wahyu Munggoro comes from Bogor. Bang Berry, our director have just arrived from Bali. And Pak E, our deputy director have just came from his wedding ceremony in his hometown in Trenggalek.

I'm excited as the evaluator is also a master facilitator for me. He is the one introduces the world of facilitation for me. Very nice to meet Om Dani again...:)

Read...Write as well
