Lebaran haji di negara orang... Tahun ini saya mantau pemilu di luar negeri lagi. Menyusul misi pemantauan pemilihan Wolesi Jirga di Afghanistan tahun 2005, tahun ini saya gabung lagi untuk kedua kali ma ANFREL mantau pemilu Thailand. Misi tanggung, alias ga long term dan ga pula short term ini membuat saya ada di Thailand tanggal 7 sampai 28 Desember. Plus beberapa hari di Jakarta setelah pulang nanti, karena kami berencana ketemu KPU dulu... bisa dipastikan saya baru pulang tahun depan. Hehe...Alias Januari 2008. It's fun though.

Anyway, walo telat..Izinkan saya ucapin Selamat Hari Raya Idul Adha 1428 Hijriah.

Merry Christmas at the same time, Happy New Year ga lama lagi. Masih limited access to the internet nih. Jadi borongan gini. :)

Evaluation is...

GOOD CONVERSATION period

When you asked someone as if they are being evaluated, they'd probably trying to put a fake face before you. Somewhat trying to make you happy....
So, conduct a relax conversation instead and let them tell you all things you need to know. And at the same time, get a bonus of things you don't really want to know. He he

That's what our evaluator did these past two days. We chat and tell stories, because he came as a friend. He's still doing his evaluation for he keeps asking questions. All wrapped in a smooth conversation.

Anyway, he's still have that facilitator attitude despite his evaluator role. :)
He's still Om Dani that is wiling to listen. Actively listen and giving us some advice too. *BLINK*
